What we collect

Through the Year of Creativity 2027 Host Country registration of interest, we collect the information you provide: country and host city, lead organization details, the official contact's name, professional title, institutional email, phone number, preferred language and optional LinkedIn profile, institutional readiness answers, and any supporting PDF document you upload.

Why we use it

The information is used to administer your registration, assess preliminary eligibility, and carry out related institutional communication about the Host Country Bidding Program.

Optional updates

Receiving updates about WCO programs and future international opportunities is optional and separate from the processing required for your application. You only receive them if you tick the corresponding box, and you can ask to stop at any time.

Who can access it

Submitted records and documents are stored privately and are accessible only to authorized WCO administrators. They are not published or made available through public interfaces.

Retention and your requests

Records are kept for as long as needed to administer the bidding program and may be deleted by WCO administrators in accordance with WCO's retention procedures. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, reply to any communication you receive from the WCO team regarding your registration.
